Nashville Serving Veterans
The Nashville Serving Veterans Community Board is a nonprofit organization focused on helping veterans transition back into civilian life after serving our country. The nonprofit operates under the umbrella of Operation Stand Down Tennessee. DevDigital has partnered with Nashville Serving Veterans by building and hosting a virtual welcome center for veterans coming into the Nashville area. Recently, the nonprofit received a $100,000 check from country music legend Charlie Daniels at the DevDigital offices.
DevDigital’s very own Brian Scocchio serves as the project manager for this special project and is leading the creation of their new website. As a veteran himself, he is able to relate to the mission of Nashville Serving Veterans. His personal experiences and heart for veterans enable him to guide the project to success. With the addition of this virtual welcome center, the organization is positioned to help even more veterans in the Nashville area.
Country music legend Charlie Daniels has also given his stamp of approval for the mission of this organization. He presented the nonprofit with a check for $100,000 on December 16th at the DevDigital Downtown Nashville office. Employees and partners of DevDigital, Charlie Daniels, representatives of the cause, and members of the press gathered to celebrate the phenomenal work being done to support Nashville’s veterans.
