World Gym was founded by Joe Gold in 1976 during the days of “Muscle Beach” in Venice, California. The gym became a popular fitness destination for fitness stars and the Hollywood elite. As the gym began to gain momentum, it has transformed the fitness scene across the world. By focusing on elements of passion, strength, and commitment to greatness, this gym attracts athletes across the world in each of their locations.

This spring, World Gym Music City will open its doors in Downtown Nashville. This gym location will offer individual and group fitness options, massages, supplements, showers, saunas, tanning, and a fitness shop.
