Mid-Level Project Manager

General Responsibilities:

Managing and communicating a clear vision of project objectives, and motivating other team members.

Determine client business needs and objectives, timeline and budget constraints.

Develop detailed scope document for client work contracts.

Organizing the activities into manageable work packages for team members and determining an effective approach to completing the work.

Resource coordination for assigned projects.

Project Planning:

Maintain the internal project status reporting process.

Ensuring that appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of the work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result within a given period of time across multiple projects.

Assist in building an environment of open communications that provides accurate and complete status of initiatives.

Mid-level Project Manager

  • Ensuring that appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of the work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result within a given period of time across multiple projects 

  • Assist in building an environment of open communications that provides accurate and complete status of initiatives 

  • Perform resource estimates 


Project Management, Controlling & Reporting Status:

  • Coordinate timely business decisions to keep projects on time

  • Monitoring project activities and reporting on status

  • Identifying potential scope changes

  • Reviewing quality of work and managing integration of team members’ work

  • Identifying and managing risks and issues

  • Coaching those working on activities to clarify assignments and deliverables 

    Project Close:

  • Documenting and analyzing lessons learned and sharing with others

  • Validating the completion of project documentation and relevant knowledge bases

  • Identifying what activities need to occur to operate post project completion.

 
Prefer Bachelor’s Degree or higher but will consider work experience as substitute. 

2-3 years’ experience in software development project management or team lead desirable
